Cancellations

Customers can cancel an order prior to despatch with a full refund.

Returns

Complete shipments can be returned undamaged to Cumbria Green Fuels (at the customer's expense) for a full refund.

Goods remain the property of Cumbria Green Fuels Ltd until invoices are paid in full.

Credit & Debit Cards

We are pleased to accept all major debit and credit cards. However, due to the high costs of processing credit cards, a 2% fee is payable. There is no charge for the use of debit cards.

Our Armathwaite warehouse is located ½ mile outside the village towards Wetheral. We are beside the Settle & Carlisle railway line.  Customers are welcome to collect goods by appointment only as we are often away delivering.

Local deliveries in CA, LA & DG postcodes are made by 4x4 pick-up and trailer.
