'Joiners Mix' Woodstove Fuel Logs

As the name suggests these mainly hardwood fuel logs are made from tinder dry joinery waste.  The wood is highly compacted into a dense fuel log which burn very hot over a long period.  They are produced here in Cumbria.

They are ideally suited to the smaller woodstove such as the Morso Squirrel.  As they are quite small in size they are excellent as a starter fuel and kindling. Place a firelighter under a few of these fuel logs and you will have a blazing fire in minutes. They are packed loose in 15Kg bags. Joiners Mix can be used on all types of woodstoves, open fires or chimeneas.  Using fuel logs will extend the life of your stove preventing the build-up of tar residues from the higher moisture content of natural logs. The glass will be kept cleaner and they will extend the intervals between chimney sweeps.

Unlike some fuel briquettes 'Joiners Mix' is made from 100% pure wood so very little ash is produced.
